As stated previously, the purpose of the agreement between ATI and NSEA is to provide a framework under which NSEA, and ATI shall work together collaboratively to support HBCUs and MSIs in their pursuit to participate in Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTE) opportunities in order to meet the needs of the public and private sectors. Both ATI and NSEA are committed to a shared vision of providing awareness of RDTE opportunities and access to federal funding.
